Have a toggle-able option to run or not run at start-up. This would be helpful when troubleshooting system problems, to take PL out of the loop.

I'd like to be able to easily keep PL from running at start-up when I am troubleshooting problems on my computer, to make sure that they have nothing to do with PL. Rght now, there doesn't seem to be a clear, easy way to do this. I'd like to see this option in the right-click menu of the tray icon.
